Our trip to the New York Safety track was spectacular, with some of the best weather of the season. Two glorious days of mid-seventy degree temperatures made for plenty of traction on a smooth, fresh surface. The track proved to be as fun as we had hoped and we anticipate a lot of folks asking to return to this great new facility.

Here are a few shots from the June 1st track day. Enjoy!

The second gallery from our May 7th track day includes photos of riders in turns 10 and 3. Enjoy!

May 7th was beautiful day at the track and a great way to start the season!

Cyclewise Ducati-Vermont and the Yankee Beamer Club from Massachusetts joined us on Monday, giving us a full roster. Both days were superb, with bright sun and the temperatures were in the mid-70's.

Cyclewise Ducati-Vermont joined us for the day, bringing 23 riders. Their ranks included nine riders who had never been on the track before. They also apparently brought the sunshine and perfect temperatures to make for an ideal day of riding. We hope to see more of these folks as the season progresses.

Two Wheels 2 Anywhere, a new Internet TV program, filmed Fishtail Riding School on a wet August 25th. The TV crew got to see how the Fishtail gang rides with smiles regardless of the weather.

Thanks to John Owens, of Owens Racing Photos for these great shots of the police officers hustling their bikes around the Loudon road course.

Make sure to check John's site for photos from your last track day.

This year was the first time Fishtail did an event at NJMP and we couldn't have had more fun. On day one, we rode Lightning, a fast and fun track that was easy to learn. On day two, we would rode Thunderbolt, which was more challenging and fun in a different level from Lightning. An informal survey of riders after the event indicated a strong desire to return in 2011.

Fishtail trained motorcycle police officers from the Massachusetts Motorcycle Response Team on July 27th at NHMS. Officers from Concord, Lowell, Winchester, Tewksbury, Dracut, Melrose, Billerica, Bedford, Waltham and Salem joined us for a day of riding that was quite different than their usual course of duty.
